There has been some Smart Money accumulation of LINK over the past 24H. Some wallets include Spartan Group who transferred ~$170k from Binance. While it is impossible to say for certain if they bought today or not - it is highly likely as more people are likely to keep funds on-chain at present given CEX FUD.
